Randy Wilson
Managing Partner with over thirty years of experience in the Information Technology field, with the last twelve years focusing on the Banking and Investment industry. Randy joined Envolve from Ermas Consulting, where he served as a principle consultant/lead architect in projects across a variety of industries. Prior to that, Randy served as Director of Information Services at RTM Restaurant Group and began his career at Gerber Alley & Associates, a high-tech start-up firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. Randy has successfully completed projects across North America and Europe. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two small dogs, road cycling, hunting, and hiking. Randy has a passion for restoring/building vintage road racing bicycles from the 80’s and 90’s. BS Computer Science, UT Chattanooga.
Michael Holt
Managing Partner with over twenty years of experience in IT, Mike has a proven track record of delivering strategic and tactical solutions to the most challenging business problems organizations face today in the rapidly changing landscape of technology. As CEO, Mike brings leadership qualities to Envolve that helps to shape a culture of dedication and client service that keeps Envolve as a go-to partner for several Fortune 100 companies and partners across North America. His relentless passion in his professional life carries over to his personal interests, where he is a dedicated and multi-time finisher at Ironman competetions globally.
Stephen Wyatt
Principle Consultant with over twenty-eight years in the IT industry, including twenty years as a successful IT delivery consultant. A graduate from Valdosta State University with a BA in Management Information Systems, Steve has provided cross-industry services in the Financial, Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Transportation sectors. Steve’s focus in the past 10 years has been working with SAS clients worldwide in providing solutions for Data Integration and Business Intelligence solutions, as well as a Marketing Automation specialist. He is also a skilled and effective project manager and team leader using industry-standard methodologies. Prior to joining Envolve in 2009, Steve has held many role as a Principle with PwC, VP of Professional Services at Orca Technologies, and Client Engagement Director at Encore. Outside of his professional interests, Steve enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing racquetball, and songwriting.
Brad Jordan
Senior Consultant with over twenty-five years of technical and managerial experience across multiple industries, within small and large organizations. Brad’s primary roles have been in building and leading Business Intelligence and analytical teams primarily in the health care, banking and pharma industries. He has been Director of Marketing Analytics at EverBank and Florida Blue as well as COO at a boutique analytics firm. He is known as a motivating leader with the rare ability to integrate strong business experience with deep technology and analytical skills to accomplish strategic and tactical objectives. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, as well as fishing, woodworking and home improvement projects. Brad has a BA and MBA from Jacksonville University.
Jeff Scott
Senior Consultant with over 25 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, focusing on solution design and process management around risk monitoring, portfolio analytics and credit reporting for Executive Management. Jeff joined Envolve from Mitchell Martin Inc where he served as key SAS BI developer for operations risk testing at Bank of America. Previous positions include SAS BI project development for Visa Analytics and other client banks including PNC and US Bank. Prior to consulting, Jeff worked for more than 15 years in portfolio analysis and credit risk at Wells Fargo Bank. Jeff began his career in banking at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, first in the economics department and then as a mortgage finance and securities analyst. Jeff moved to Charlotte from California in 2011 and enjoys discovering the southeast with his family. Jeff earned his degrees in BS Statistics, BA Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, at San Francisco State University.
Raju Veereswarapu
Senior Data Analyst and Process Architect with over ten years of experience in Analytics and Data Management for the Banking Financial Industry. Prior to joining Envolve, Raju worked as manager for Tata Consultancy Services where he managed projects within the Analytics and Insights departments for Citi and USAA Bank. Raju holds a masters degree in computer applications. Outside of work, Raju enjoys hiking and playing tennis.
Alexa Shepherd
Technical Writer/Editor. Alexa provides content editing and technical writing expertise for ongoing Envolve projects. Graduating from the University of Georgia in fall 2015, with a major in English and a focus in journalism and creative writing, Alexa provides a fresh and current perspective to written and online publications and deliverables from business analysis documentation to online presentations and web content. Outside of her writing career, Alexa enjoys writing for her blog and hanging out with her two cats.
